We're taking on a number of new construction subdivisions and we
need hungry, business-minded people to help us properly handle the
large influx of sales that will result from these new
subdivisions.

Compensation: $65,000-plus at plan. 100% commission.
Responsibilities:
--- Meet prospects and clients to discover their property wants,
needs, and desires. Then, find properties that meet those needs and
help them buy the home of their dreams
--- Main duties include: following up via phone, text, and email to
manage your sales pipeline well
--- Consistently network and market to prospect for new business
and clients
--- Educate your clients on all important aspects of their
home-buying experience
--- Negotiate all client's behalf, setting a time limit for loan
approval and closing date
--- Prepare "comparable market analysis" to establish market
value
--- Conduct open houses at company listings to generate additional
buyer opportunities
--- Attend company events that are held for clients of the R&B
Team (and have a great time doing so)
Qualifications:
--- The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for real
estate and sales even if they don't have prior experience
--- They should be a team player and possess great people
skills
--- Good organizational skills are necessary for this role
--- General computer knowledge is required
--- The candidate should have a strong work ethic
--- A growth and learning-oriented mindset is essential
--- Focus and determination are important qualities for success in
this position
--- High moral standards and a high level of integrity are
expected
--- Possessing, or actively working to acquire, a real estate
license is a requirement (assistance can be provided)
--- The candidate must be a high-school graduate and at least 21
years of age
--- Basic sales and marketing skills are needed to sell
effectively
--- Being a great listener is a valuable skill for this role
