owner in America. Our Outbound Sales Representative role is the
customer's initial point of contact, taking a consultative approach
to the customer relationship by understanding the customer's
business needs to pair services and strategy for long-term
success.Pre-sales activities include customer needs analysis,
identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and coordinating
the subscription process to ensure timely solution deployment &
billing.Post-sales activities include renewal activities, customer
retention activities, and being the primary point of contact for
customers post-sale to ensure customer issues are identified and
appropriately escalatedAs well as building the business with
existing customers, the scope of the role will include developing
relationships with new clients. You will:Help customers navigate
the onboarding process, building trust in the company and ensuring
they get off to a great startDevelop and execute outbound call
plans; achieve outbound call and email targets set by the
management team Build trust in the company and ensure our customers
are provided with accurate product knowledgeResponsible for
building customer relationships through lead managementUncovering
customer's needs and presenting an accurate high-level overview of
our value proposition and solutionsFollow up with customers to
further educate and solidify their business plansIdentify optimal
clients and transition opportunities for the Equip Team for
closureDevelop and maintain deep expertise in the products and best
practices to provide value to customersAbility to work harmoniously
with others toward individual and team targetsResilient and able to
stay focused on winning over potential customers despite setbacks
or rejectionsWhat We PreferHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1
year of call center experienceSales experienceDriven and
self-motivatedAbility to manage leads by tracking, following up,
and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity
objectives.Self-starter who takes the initiative and works with
limited direction, efficiently managing time to achieve
targetsImpeccable communication skillsWorking knowledge of personal
computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability
to navigate multiple applicationsAbility to adapt to new
