GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB WITH GROWING COMPANY
Weekends off 40 Hour Workweek Advancement Potential We are seeking
a highly functioning Customer Service Representative for our
confidential client in the McAllen area. It's all about the
Customer here The Customer Service Representative is responsible
for helping customers, primarily by phone, by providing product and
service information, taking and processing new orders, renewing
existing rentals, and resolving issues in a prompt, courteous and
efficient manner. The Customer Service Representative should be an
excellent communicator, have friendly and professional phone
skills, be able to speak both English and Spanish, and have good
computer knowledge and typing skills. The person hired for this
role will be expected to quickly learn about the company's products
and services and rapidly adapt to and execute all job-related
procedures and practices to company standard. This a fast-paced job
requiring initiative, teamwork and a winning attitude.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide
information about the products and services Troubleshoot and
resolve product service issues Take new orders, input into system
and generate invoices Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the
evolving products and services Contact current customers to renew
rentals and process payment Reach out to customers to ensure
satisfaction and resolve issues as needed ---Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service - 2 years preferred Ability
to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Great phone skills and etiquette Computer
Literate Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred QuickBooks
experience a plus Bilingual - English/Spanish EOE- Equal
