Job Purpose Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Receiving Lead is responsible for managing incoming deliveries by verifying and signing for shipments, unloading and storing received items and processing returns. The Lead will work closely with both Warehouse and Production Teams to pull work orders and maintain daily records for orders. Job Responsibilities? Use of Fork truck and other Material Handling equipment Loading and unloading trucks Scan and move materials physically and systematically Verify number of pieces versus BOL or packing slip Use Purchase orders listed on shipment to receive into inventory properly Completing and following up on proper paperwork for incoming orders Generate appropriate receiving documents and ensure purchasing dept has copies Other Warehouse Operations as assigned by supervisor or Manager. Requirements: Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree, preferably in a technical competency, minimum in a business/industrial related field.?? 5+ years sourcing/procurement related experience?? ?? Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.? Experience interacting with cross functional team including manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, logistics, sales & marketing.? Demonstrated planner/buyer management skills.? Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint? Willingness to travel? Strong mathematical ability? Possess very strong analytical skills? Experience in manufacturing and material buying activities? Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills? Demonstrated problem resolution and crisis management?
