The Inventory Controller is responsible for monitoring warehouse and production inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. This position will report into Materials Manager.

Job Summary:

* The efficient reporting and monitoring -15 million dollars of inventory. Providing accurate counts of on hand inventory.

Job Duties:

* Prepare daily schedule of items to be counted in Warehouse locations.

* Analyze all warehouse cycle counts, referring all adjustments over an established limit to the Globe Cycle Lead.

* Enter, by way of the computer system, all adjustments that fall within the position's established authorization level. Once adjustments have been researched, the group leader must enter the adjustments into the FRN system.

* Ability to use project plan and project schedule methodology, MPI,QAT, 6S, 6D

* Assignments as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred High School diploma plus specialized or advanced courses.

* Accounting/Data Entry experience Preferred.

* 3+ years of previous related work.

* FRN, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, proficient in math.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to follow policies and procedures

* Communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to use project plan and project schedule methodology, MPI, QAT, 6S, 6D

* Ability to problem solve

* Ability to Supervise cycle counter and fill in cycle counter's absence.

* Ability to function in a senior or lead capacity, responsible for matters such as allocation of work, assignment of tasks and/or providing training and guidance.
