• Call center type role, making outbound and receiving inbound calls (daily goal of at least 30 members or more per day)
• Speaking with members and legal representatives
• Purpose of call: to schedule assessments Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of healthcare call center experience
  • Previous appointment scheduling experience
  • Computer literate, good typing skills (send candidate typing test if you are concerned on this skill with a candidate)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required. Schedule this Position: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Start Date: ASAP = will confirm once cleared with onboarding Pay Range: 16 - 17/hr. ??? weekly pay. Location: Remote but first day in the office in McAllen Texas 78501 Advantages of this Opportunity:
