  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Role Mission: As a Talent Administrator at Rhodes, you will be responsible for driving results across various functional areas including the recruitment and selection process, new hire administration, HRIS systems and talent management practices. You will play a vital role in actively supporting the Administrative Services Team's purpose of establishing Rhodes as a great place to work. Measured Performance Goals:

    • % Compliance Accountabilities:
      • Manage recruitment and selection process to include: posting job vacancies managing applicant pool ensuring the attraction of qualified candidates through targeted searches facilitating candidate pre-hire assessments supporting hiring managers through recruitment process with fidelity conducting training support for hiring managers on recruitment and selection process maintaining staff rosters and position control maintenance supporting in interview design process conducting recruitment check-ins with hiring managers scorecard database management
        • Lead on full-scale new hire process administration to include: drafting and issuing offer letters managing staff onboarding tasks conducting background checks tracking, measuring and reporting new hire stats to key stakeholder groups creating new hire welcome kit for each new to Rhodes staff members communicating with applicants & hiring managers through new hire and onboarding process administering new hire surveys across established milestones providing benefit enrollment support
          • Facilitate HRIS processes within Paylocity Talent Management platform to include: setting up Rhodes Team Members within HR/PR processing employee change action forms managing Paylocity Self -Service portal content
            • Responsible for HR compliance and policy administration including: Staff handbook Annual compliance audits Employment verifications
              • Support Vice President of Administrative Services in carrying out Talent Management programs including: Staff Development Cycle Organizational health/ staff engagement survey Benefits annual open enrollment Org-wide operating mechanisms Rhodes community engagement campaign --- Rhodes Lead the Way

                  • Bachelors Degree, preferred
                  • Minimum 3 years talent management/HR experience
                  • Knowledge of HR polices, employment laws and regulations
                  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
                  • Strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
                  • Deadline driven and organized
                  • Customer service oriented
