The practice has been caring for renal patients in the area for nearly a decade and is interested in adding a third physician to the team. They currently cover three hospitals and four dialysis centers.Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Frisco are some of the fastest growing areas in the country. They offer top-rated schools and affordable housing. All are great communities for physicians that are single or have a family. There is no shortage of outdoor activities, excellent restaurants, shopping and other amenities.The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in internal medicine and nephrology, as well as have a current Texas medical license, and are able to start in the next 6-8 months. They should have the desire and ability to build a strong practice through fostering relationships with referring physicians and excellent patient care. Additionally, they should have solid communications skills and a willingness to put down roots in one of the communities the practice serves.The new physician would receive a competitive salary guarantee with an increase in the second year. There is a two-year partnership track with no buy-in, however for the physician that can build a solid practice quickly, it could be as little as one-year. A stipend to purchase health benefits is provided, as will four weeks of vacation, malpractice, and one week for CME and relocations.
