Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Press Machine Operator Location: Harlingen, TX Pay Range: $11.00 Shift : 5:30PM - 4:00AM What's the Job? Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications and safety guidelines. Load raw materials into the machine and monitor output for quality. Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Complete production logs and paperwork accurately. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED preferred. 1 year of press operation or manufacturing experience preferred (willing to train entry-level candidates). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production orders, or technical drawings. Basic math and measurement skills. Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
