Cor-Tech International is seeking a RecruiterOur ideal recruiter's assistant holds an HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure that onboarding is completed, payroll is updated, and all candidates are fully compliant to start working.ResponsibilitiesReceive calls pertaining to job openings, client necessities, and HR related issues.Organize interviews with potential candidates for Recruiter to screen.Assist in the processing of weekly payroll.Participate in onboardings for new hires.Maintain an organized work environment.Screen candidate's resume and job applications.SkillsMust be proficient using Microsoft platforms including Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be fully bilingual (English/Spanish)Previous work experience in staffing/recruiting and/or human resources is highly preferredAbility to effectively communicate with othersExcellent customer service skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work proactively with minimal supervisionMust be detail-orientedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
