Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills
will not be considered for the role. Minimum 5 years of recent
Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting Current
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred) Strong triage
and critical thinking skills Trauma and cardiac alert experience,
including care of STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patients Preferred or
nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered
first. Experience with Meditech documentation system Trauma and
cardiac alert experience, including care of STEMI, stroke, and
sepsis patients Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not
required List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV
insertion, medication administration, EKGs, splinting, wound care
Moderate sedation for procedures such as reductions or
cardioversion Assisting with intubation, CPR, rapid sequence
intubation, and code response Care of stroke, STEMI, sepsis,
trauma, and behavioral health patients Transport preparation and
coordination for higher levels of care Triage assessment and
prioritization based on ESI guidelines Isolation and infection
control protocols Documentation and reassessment in fast paced
