Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior-focused healthcare across Texas facilities, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisor. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide tailor-made, compassionate care to our residents. The Weekend RN Supervisor will oversee nursing and staff operations on weekends, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational compliance within our community. Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and healthcare activities on weekends Ensure that patient care plans are followed rigorously Monitor patient progress and quality of care provided Manage staffing schedules, including replacements and call-ins Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Conduct regular staff assessments and provide feedback and training Handle escalation of care issues effectively Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare management systems and EHR Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly Understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards 401k Bonus Opportunities Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Certification in Gerontological Nursing preferred but not required.
