Aveanna Healthcare, a distinguished leader in home healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night and weekend shifts. In this vital role, you will provide one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes across a variety of cases, from pediatric to elderly care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an intimate care setting, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Administer medications, conduct patient assessments, and document vital signs and symptoms. Communicate with patients, families, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Adjust care plans as necessary to meet patient needs and responses. Ensure a safe environment for all patients and comply with all healthcare regulations. Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, options etc. Strong clinical skills in a home health setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of practice CPR certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
