Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
to provide compassionate, personalized nursing care to patients in
the comfort of their own homes during nights and weekends. As part
of our dedicated team, you will support a full range of nursing
services to individuals with various health conditions. Your
commitment will help them achieve optimal health and well-being
while maintaining our high standards of care. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient health status and respond to variations in
condition. Maintain accurate patient records and report any
significant changes. Educate patients and families on health care
plans, medications, and home safety. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Strong clinical skills in a home health setting Proficiency in
administering medication and operating medical equipment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively Compassionate patient
care and problem-solving orientation Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice CPR/BLS
certification Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation
