Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Dialysis Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team,
providing top-tier care at our modern dialysis clinics. The
appointed LVN will be an integral part of a highly skilled team,
working in a dynamic and supportive environment focused on
patient-centered care. The role involves overseeing the health and
wellbeing of patients undergoing dialysis treatment, monitoring
their condition, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and
care are maintained at all times. Monitor and manage patient care
before, during, and after dialysis procedures. Ensure that dialysis
machines and equipment are set up correctly and used properly.
Record and report all critical information related to patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient
outcomes. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease
management and dialysis treatment options. Administer medications
as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider. Maintain a
clean and safe environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Excellent patient care and clinical skills Proficient in operating
dialysis machines Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current LVN license valid in the state of employment. BLS
Certification required. IV Certification highly preferred.
