Job Description We are seeking a skilled and/ncompassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100%/noutpatient, value-based care clinic in McAllen, TX. Our physicians manage both/nacute and chronic conditions, while also coordinating comprehensive care in/ncollaboration with specialists. This role emphasizes continuity, preventive/ncare, and strong patient-provider relationships. /n/n /n/n Position Highlights: /n/n - Reports to clinical/nleadership - Value-based care model/nfocused on quality outcomes - Outpatient clinic setting/nserving patients 18 - Supported by a dedicated/nMedical Assistant and clinic team - Monday–Friday schedule (some/nclinics offer extended hours) - Guaranteed base salary of/n$240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus - Monthly compensation for/nsupervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NP - CME allowance and paid CME/nhours - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and/ncomprehensive benefits package (see attachment) - Eligible for sign-on bonus /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Key Responsibilities: /n/n - Deliver high-quality,/npatient-centered medical care - Perform comprehensive/ninitial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations - Diagnose and manage acute/nand chronic medical conditions - Order and interpret/ndiagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment/nplans - Provide preventive care and/npatient education to support long-term health goals - Refer patients to/nspecialists for advanced or complex care as appropriate - Collaborate with/ninterdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication - Supervise Nurse/nPractitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided) - Maintain punctuality to/nensure patients are seen as scheduled /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Requirements /n/n - Board Certified/Board/nEligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible/ncandidates must be within 5 years of residency completion - Minimum of 1 year of/nclinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting; supervisory/nexperience preferred - Bilingual in English and/nSpanish strongly preferred - Active Texas medical license - DEA license in good standing
