Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Unit Overview: Beds: 22 Patient Ratios: 4:1 Equipment: Standard ED equipment EMR: Meditech Position: Certifications (Required): BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, CPI, (TNCC preferred) Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting Required Skills: Strong triage and critical thinking skills; trauma and cardiac alert experience (STEMI, stroke, sepsis) Preferred Skills: Meditech experience, bilingual (English/Spanish) Common Procedures: IV insertion, medication administration, EKGs, splinting, wound care, moderate sedation, assisting with intubation, CPR/code response, triage using ESI guidelines, infection control Personality: Team-oriented, reliable, compassionate, adaptable to a fast-paced environment Floating: N/A Schedule: 2 weekends per schedule, no on-call Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs United Staffing Solutions Job ID 927101.
