Responsibilities may include priming dialyzer and bloodlines, readying dialysis equipment, overseeing the dialysis treatment from start to finish, and cleaning and dressing permanent and temporary catheters. RN or appropriate equivalent.Impact--- Recognized expert in a professional discipline that is typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.--- Makes decisions on complex to highly complex issues regarding work approach for project components, and completion of team tasks and responsibilities.Communication--- Interacts with internal stakeholders including global/regional and national management as well as external stakeholders which may include clients and customers.--- Negotiates with internal and external parties, who regularly have divergent interests, to achieve short-term corporate objectives.
