POSITION SUMMARY Medical doctor to provide regular medical care for
employees at employer-sponsored healthcare center. This role will
be responsible for prescribing patients with appropriate
medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will
contribute to their recovery from diagnosed health issues, prevent
future health issues and/or promote a healthier life. Required
Skills and Experience M.D. or D.O. required Board Certification
Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine Active and
unrestricted Federal DEA license At least 3 years of experience
practicing as a primary care doctor. Excellent communication and
leadership skills Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may

essential functions Work with primary healthcare team to provide
patients with primary care services. Order laboratory and radiology
tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate. Analyze
reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to
diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options.
Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment
regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions.
Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with
patients and ensure that allergy information is up to date before
prescribing medication/treatment. Provide advice to patients for
lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help to
treat the health issue they are experiencing. Adhere to clinic
policies, procedures and objectives, ongoing quality improvement
objectives and safety, environmental and infection control
standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all
federal and state health information privacy laws. Record complete,
timely and legible medical records. Physical Requirements While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently
required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally
required to walk; use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate
objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The
employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
and the ability to adjust focus. The work is performed primarily in
an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is
