ResponsibilitiesPOSITION SUMMARY:Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for evaluation/assessment, treatment, education, planning, utilization of exercises including administering occupational therapy modalities, treatment, and rehabilitative procedures for individuals limited by physical injury or illness, a dysfunctional condition, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, a developmental or learning disability whether due to trauma, illness, or condition present at birth. Some travel may be required in the provision of services between facilities and job functions. This position summary contains the most relevant duties, responsibilities and does not exclude other assignments not mentioned.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:1. Required to travel as needed2. Membership in professional organization preferred3.
