What You Will Be Doing:
Provides leadership to the company s product, process and program
owners to take actions that will improve the customer experience.
Manages processes and people to ensure the quality of assigned area
(i.e. Product Development and launch; Standards, Projects and
Performance; Suppliers; Manufacturing; Logistics;
Installation/Customer Response). Responsible for overall
effectiveness and development of the quality organization,
resources, and quality system. Ensures adherence to and compliance
with established company quality policies, and practices. Manages
the investigation and causes of quality issues, and is responsible
for achieving immediate and permanent fixes. Interprets, executes,
and recommends changes to policies and procedures. Represents the
customer regarding the quality of our products and services.
This position will be in a plant located in Reynosa, Mexico just
across the border from McAllen, TX.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of quality sciences and

* B.S in Engineering or related technical field with additional
courses in business, etc. or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience in Quality or related fields; experience in
product or manufacturing engineering; ASQ Certification(s)
* Previous supervisory experience preferred
