We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer II to work independently to provide technical support onsite at our client. Must be bilingual and located in the McAllen, TX area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support via telephone and email for tier I and tier II tickets including return of customer calls, emails and inquiries with urgency.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting Windows server issues such as Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, backup, DR, and common client/server applications including MS Office.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting networking issues such as SonicWall, VPN/firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and other Internet-related problems.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting workstation, peripheral, and mobile device issues such as Office 365, Windows 7/10, standard and proprietary applications, desktop and laptop hardware, printers, scanners, fax devices, and mobile devices such as iPhone, Windows Mobile, and Android. Qualifications: The candidate must possess a relevant combination of education, experience and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions.
