We have several openings available. This position is responsible for ensuring excellent consumer experience in before & after-sales home services. Job Duties: Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information Provide exceptional and timely customer service Maintain tools, equipment and company vans Experience required: High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid drivers license 2 years experience as an in-home service provider Excellent customer service skills Computer skills Excellent communication skills Mechanical and electrical knowledge Must be able to lift 50 pounds Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Benefits: Paid holidays.
