Description JOB SUMMARY The Mortgage Servicing Administrative
assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical
services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative
operations for the Mortgage Servicing department. Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES The duties listed below may not include all
responsibilities that the person in the role may be asked to
perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties,
as assigned, including cross training across other departments, as
necessary. Mails Mortgage Servicing correspondence to borrowers,
records, and distributes all incoming mail Provides secretarial and
administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient
office operations Calls borrowers that have their loans on
non-escrow to collect proof on insurance and taxes Greets customers
that will be closing on loan renewals, loan modifications, payment
deferrals Collects information from borrower applying in person for
a Mortgage Servicing program Types agendas for meetings Prepares
reports for Mortgage Servicing meetings Compiles and maintain an
up-to-date telephone directory of numbers and addresses Files all
correspondence Orders and keeps inventory of supplies Provides
receptionist services Participates in job specific training and
other various Bank training programs, as necessary Maintains
current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention,
including reporting of suspicious or unusual customer activity per
Bank policy Maintains current knowledge and complies with all
federal and state laws and regulations and all established Bank
policies and procedures, including internal audit controls related
to department operations Maintains current knowledge of all rules,
regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot
Act/CIP/AML QUALIFICATIONS These specifications are general

deviation from these guidelines. High school diploma or G.E.D and
6-12 months of experience in an office environment Ability to
organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines A
significant level of respect, honesty, trust and diplomacy is
required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact Work involves
extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a
personal or sensitive nature (these individuals may be economically
and emotionally stressed at times) Outside contacts become
important and fostering sound relationships with other entities
(companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary Position requires
the ability to sit for long periods of a time in front of a
computer which may result in eye strain Knowledge of office
administration and excellent telephone etiquette Ability to
maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering
information into system Knowledge of loan collection laws and
regulations preferred Skills should include typing 40 wpm
Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office Software.
Able to develop customer relations Excellent and effective time
management, oral and written communication, team building, problem
solving, decision making, interpersonal skills Attention to detail
and high level of accuracy Possess cultural awareness and
sensitivity Ability to work flexible hours Demonstrate sound work
ethics Equivalences will be considered Bilingual in English and
Spanish is desired ORGANIZATION This position reports to the
Mortgage Servicing Manager This position does not oversee other
positions TRAINING REQUIREMENTS All employees are required to
attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory
compliance training courses applicable to their specific job
function. In all situations, employees must ensure that their
actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations,
including internal bank policies and procedures. Failure to adhere
to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action,
