We are seeking a Full Time CPA Manager for our confidential client. This person works closely with the Managing Partners and will supervise and review bookkeeping work performed by firm staff. The position offers an opportunity for long term growth with a quickly growing firm. Candidate will work across the many facets of public accounting, including tax return preparation and planning, tax research, and consulting. Relocations accepted! Requirements: Undergraduate Degree in Accounting CPA Certificate (Must be currently licensed in Texas) 5 or More Years of Public Accounting / Tax Accounting Experience 1040 Individual Returns 1065, 1120-S, 1120 Business Returns Texas Franchise Returns Experience Supervising staff and reviewing work Professional Demeanor Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required Foreign National Taxation a plus Benefits: Health Insurance Retirement Plan with Employer Match Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off 7 Office Holidays per Year EOE - Equal Opportunity Employer Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
